LOCAL SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK:
Adriana’s on The Hill

Looking for a cozy lunch spot steeped in St. Louis history? Head to Adriana’s on The Hill, a family‑run deli located in the heart of the city’s Italian neighborhood. The Hill was settled by Italian immigrants in the early 1800s, and owner Adriana Fazio’s family immigrated from Sicily, bringing with them recipes and traditions that infuse the café with Mediterranean warmth. Adriana’s bright, sunny décor nods to the Mediterranean Sea, and the menu balances old‑world flavors with American influence. Planning a visit? Adriana’s is located at 5101 Shaw Avenue (two blocks west of Kingshighway at Hereford) and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
