LOCAL SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK:
Museum of Illusions St. Louis

Located in the City Foundry STL, the Museum of Illusions St. Louis offers a mind-bending, interactive journey where nothing is quite as it seems. This museum features dozens of exhibits designed to challenge your senses and teach you about the science of perception. Perfect for families and date nights, the museum provides many unique photo ops that turn impossible scenarios into reality. Explore rooms such as the Reverse Room, Tilted Room, and Vortex Tunnel.

Corporate events, private events, and field trips can also be hosted here. Plan to visit multiple times? A membership might make sense for you and your family! Open daily, 10 am- 9 pm (10 pm on Friday and Saturday).

☀️ Weekend Highlights You Shouldn’t Miss

  • St. Louis Home and Garden Show (America’s Center)- The annual St. Louis Home & Garden Show brings together hundreds of exhibitors for a full day of inspiration and expert advice. From kitchen and bath remodels to landscaping ideas and smart home technology, the show highlights the latest trends and practical solutions for every corner of the house. Attendees can explore interactive displays, compare products side by side, and speak directly with contractors, designers, and gardening pros to jumpstart their spring projects. Whether you're planning a major renovation or simply looking for fresh ideas, the event offers plenty of take-home tips and creative motivation. Friday 10 am - 7 pm. Saturday and Sunday 10 am- 5 pm.

  • Missouri Valley Conference Arch Madness (Enterprise Center)- Hosted by the Missouri Valley Conference at Enterprise Center, the multi-day tournament features men’s basketball teams battling it out for the conference championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Beyond the games, the weekend transforms the city into a celebration of school spirit, with pep rallies, alumni gatherings, fan events, and watch parties filling nearby restaurants and bars. Games run Thursday through Sunday.

Friday, March 6th

  • City Nights: Y2K (City Museum)- City Nights: Y2K transforms City Museum into a 2000s-themed party. Guests can expect nostalgic hits, themed drinks, and Y2K vibes while exploring the museum’s slides, tunnels, and rooftop attractions after hours. 7:00 pm.

  • Planetarium Star Party (St. Louis Science Center)- Nighttime public telescope viewing is offered monthly beginning at dusk on the grounds of the McDonnell Planetarium, where a variety of telescopes are set up and operators are available to answer questions and guide guests through the night sky. 5:30 pm.

  • Stomp (The Fabulous Fox)- Experience this explosive, inventive, and universally loved percussion performance as it takes over the Fabulous Fox Theatre. Shows run through Sunday. Friday’s show at 7:30 pm.

  • Colter Wall: Memories and Empties (Stifle Theatre)- Grab your boots and head downtown to the Stifel Theatre for a night of music inspired by country, folk, and western styles. 7:30 pm.

  • Morpho Mania (Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House)- This special exhibition is back for the month of March with a flood of vibrant Blue Morpho butterflies. Over 1,500 of them are taking flight inside the Tropical Conservatory. 10 am - 4 pm.

  • 314 Day Photoshoot (The Arch)- Locals gather at the iconic Gateway Arch for a festive group photo celebrating pride in living in St. Louis. Participants are encouraged to wear city-themed gear and show off their 314 spirit. 3:14 pm.

  • R&B Ladies Live Edition Brunch (City Winery)- Enjoy great food and a live music experience featuring in rich vocals and timeless grooves. R&B Live Ladies Edition is a Springfield, Illinois–based R&B and soul collective featuring four lead vocalists backed by a full live band. 12:00 pm.

  • Celtic Cabaret (Das Bevo)- Celebrate the feeling of an Irish corner pub where neighbors gather and music fills the air. This Celtic Cabaret invites guests to enjoy an afternoon of heartfelt melodies, lively favorites, and singalong spirit. 3:00 pm.

  • Women as Storytellers (Pattonville High School)- The Gateway Festival Orchestra presents a special concert celebrating Women's History Month. 6:00 pm.

CITY SC Expands Local Food Program: St. Louis CITY SC has added four new local food partners to its CITY Flavor program at Energizer Park for the 2026 season. The new vendors (Taco Buddha, Biscuit Town, Motor Town Pizza, and Goshen Coffee Roasters) will bring globally inspired tacos, biscuit sandwiches, Detroit-style pizza, and specialty coffee to the stadium. The club is also introducing pregame drink specials, expanded nonalcoholic options, and improved in-stadium ordering features, continuing its commitment to highlighting local food and beverage businesses.
