As this month comes to a close, summer is approaching fast! The end of May marks that sweet point between flowers blooming and the sun heating things up. Let’s see what’s in store for St. Louis this week! Starting with outdoor fun, Cardinals games, Forest Park concerts, movies with an ice cream truck, and trying all the new restaurants that have recently opened…it couldn’t be a better time to plan ahead and make the most of this warm and seasonal time in the grand city of St. Louis!

What’s Happenin’ in St. Louis 👀

Friday, May 30th

  • 2025 Central West End Music Series: Enjoy the spring weather while listening to music at CWE. Series goes from 6pm-9pm.

  • Movie Night in Twin Oaks Park: Come visit Valley Park for “The Sandlot” and ice cream truck treats. Don’t forget a blanket or chairs! Price is $2-7 and movie goes from 7-9:30pm.

  • Crawfish Sale and Seafood Boil: Pre-order or walk-ins welcome ~ enjoy fresh live seafood of the season! Seafood boil goes on from 11am-6pm.

Saturday, May 31st

  • Strawberry Festival: Take the scenic route to St. Charles with the kids and enjoy kids crafts, strawberry shortcake, and a jam/jelly contest! Festival takes place between 7:30am-1pm.

  • NICU March for the babies: Register to walk and have fun for a good cause. SSM Health is the host. Activities held from 9-10am and 10:45am-12pm.

  • Kirkwood Farmer’s Market: Explore local vendor stands that range from food, soap, jewelry, and plants. Event lasts from 8am-1pm

Sunday, June 1st

  • Das Bevo Brunch, Bottomless Mimosas, & Live Music: Take sips while soaking in music from Mister Blackcat. Goes from 10am-2pm

  • Shaw Park Social: Take in food trucks, live music, games, and performances from Russo & Co. From 4–8pm.

Missouri Botanical Gardens

This garden is a jewel of the city. With intricate mazes of sprawling lawns and hidden oasis, you’re sure to find something to captivate you on any visit whether it’s in the cooler months or warmer weather.
