Blueberry Hill, Summer Concert Series, a Bestselling Cellist, and more!
June has officially arrived and with that, summertime! Rooftop or outdoor concerts, stretching it out with yoga, tasting new treats, and quality time with new and old friends are the vibes. As it is St. Louis, there is something for everyone to look forward to. We highlight in this issue a timeless STL classic, Blueberry Hill! A family restaurant that will leave everyone with a memorable experience. In addition, be sure to check out which concert or show you can fit into your time - so many to pick from! Summer concert series are gearing up, so if not now, you can always plan for ahead of time. Time to review this week and get ahead on the fun!

What’s Happenin’ in St. Louis 👀
Thursday, June 5th
Electronic Recycling Event: The City of Ellisville is hosting a recycling event for electronics. Most items with a cord or battery are accepted, some carry a fee. Event is from 12-5pm.
Bestselling Novelist Brendan Slocumb “The Dark Maestro”: The cello prodigy will be at the St. Louis County Library on Lindbergh Blvd. Starts at 7pm.
Blueprints from 2035: Forest Hills Country Club will host this immersive event which will display futuristic designs for residential construction! Event runs from 5-8pm.
Bluebird Park Summer Concert Series: Come out on Thursdays at Bluebird Park Amphitheater to listen to Dr. Zhivegas. Series goes from 7pm-9pm.
HIMSS Midwest Summer Social: Bristol Seafood Grill will host this networking event where registration is required - don’t miss it! Event goes from 4:30-6:30pm.
Friday, June 6th
JHE at Helen Fitzgerald’s: Take a step back in time while listening to live 80s music, hosted by The John Hughes Experience. Show goes from 9pm-1am.
Family Movie Night at Ellisville Parks and Recreation: Come out to Ellisville Park for “Wonka” and free popcorn. Don’t forget a blanket or chairs! Movie begins at “dark.”
Anniversary Party at Billy G’s in Chesterfield: Come out and celebrate Billy G’s turning 2 with music from Michael Twente and good food! Party starts at 8pm.
Bird Banding Demo: Hosted by the World Bird Sanctuary, this demonstration will show how birds are caught and data is collected for conservation. $12 per car or $20 per bus! Event lasts from 8-10am.
2025 Gateway Classic Presented by AMain Hobbies: Come out to see outdoor racing at St. Louis Dirt Burners in Kirkwood. Event lasts from 10am-9pm and through Saturday.
Twist of Fate debuting at Cheers: This show is sure to please at this local eatery. Show goes from 7-11pm.
Saturday, June 7th
Barefoot in the Vineyard: Halcyon Spa and Kathy Kessler are hosting a 90 minute yoga practice. Complimentary wine and beverages will be served. Event is $30 per student and takes place at 9:30am.
19th Annual Heart to Heart 5k/10k Run & Walk: Register to walk or run for this family and pet friendly event! Family discounts are available and price ranges $15-40. Run starts at 7:30am.
Karaoke Night at the ‘Punk: Grab your friends for a fun night of singalongs to the classics at Steampunk Brew Works. Event lasts from 8pm-10pm.
Free Workout Weekends: Crunch Fitness in Manchester is hosting free workouts on Saturday and Sundays! Event lasts from 12am-11:59pm.

Country Swing Workshop STL: This fun workshop is hosted by MabeeFitness LineDance and will dive right into combos and connections - tickets on sale soon! Starts at 1pm.
Soulful Sunday Tribute to Prince: Get a date or go solo to the National Blues Museum for a celebration of Prince with an iconic show of live music. Goes from 5:30-8:30pm.
Brunch Bottomless Mimosas & The Beatles at Das Bevo: Wake up by sipping on mimosas and throwback Beatles tunes! Goes from 10am-2pm.
2025 XFL Conference Championship: Get your tickets now for this sports event by the America’s Center & The Dome and St. Louis Battlehawks - children 2 and under do not require a ticket! Begins at 5pm.
Sunday DJ Sky Sessions at the Four Seasons Sky Terrace: Catch a summer breeze while vibing to live DJ sessions with a gorgeous rooftop view. Goes from 11am-3pm.

On the list of the top 10 streets of America, this historical establishment is known for its famous “duck room”, delicious burgers, and music entertainment. You are sure to find something of interest when visiting this landmark. Open until 1:30am, and also offers vegan options!
In the month of June, free trivia is played on Tuesdays.
