Zootoberfest (Saint Louis Zoo festival)

Zootoberfest is a family-friendly Oktoberfest-style festival held at the Saint Louis Zoo over two sets of dates in September 2026: September 11–13 and September 19–20. The event features German-themed cuisine, root beer and beer (beer available to guests 21 and over) from multiple beer trailers, live music, and educational activities for kids. Visitors can explore open exhibits and attractions while enjoying festival programming, with regular zoo hours applying outside festival-specific activities. Note that festival hours vary by day and nightly programming includes a Zootoberfest-at-night component on September 11.
