Women in the Wild - Fishing 101 - at Suson Park. Meet at Rearing Pond Lake for this event to learn the basics about bait, casting, netting and fish ID.

Women in the Wild is a series featuring park rangers, guest speakers and outdoor experiences for women (only) who are interested in learning more about outdoor recreational activities. Activities include fishing, building a campfire and cooking over it, geocaching, canoeing at sunset, ranger led hikes, an overnight campout, exploring Cliff Cave, and more. Sessions are held at different County Parks. Must be 18 or older to participate. See the "Programs/Activities" tab on the website for more info and to register for one or more sessions.
