TGBTG: A Reggie Son Live Experience

Singer/Songwriter, Radio Personality, and Media Personality, Shorty Da’ Prince aka Reggie Son” started his career when he was just 12 years old after winning a local contest on Clear Channel’s KATZ 100.3 The Beat in St. Louis.

He held down Saturday’s from 10 am to 12 noon before moving to nights full time (Monday-Friday 6p-10p) when he was 16. He also was a recording artist and was signed to Atlantic Records. At age 17 , he scored a summer anthem as an Independent artist with ” Wah Wah Wow” bringing his artistry full circle claiming both the #1 song in the city and the #1 radio show in the city. In 2010 at age 19, Shorty moved to Detroit and continued his streak at #1 for two years doing nights on WGPR. In 2011, BET came calling and Shorty would soon be hosting Red Carpet shoots at the Grammy’s Year End Countdowns, and eventually co-hosting the very successful 106 and Park program for a 2-year run.
