St. Louis Metro Pools, Aquatic Centers, Splash Pads and Water Parks Open For The Summer. There are many public pools, water parks, aquatic centers and splash pads that are available for summertime fun in the St. Louis Metro Area. Most are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Monday. Some are FREE, others require a membership, and still others will charge a daily admission fee.
