“St. Louis at Bat” Opening Celebration
The Missouri History Museum presents the “St. Louis at Bat” Opening Celebration on Saturday, October 3!
Celebrate the opening of St. Louis at Bat with a weekend honoring the players, fans, unforgettable moments, and enduring traditions that have made St. Louis one of America’s great baseball cities.
Festivities begin on Saturday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10am, followed by photo opportunities with Fredbird and a 2pm keynote conversation between Public Historian Adam Kloppe and Cardinals legend Ozzie Smith. Throughout the weekend, enjoy special memorabilia displays and demonstrations, family activities, meet-and-greets with baseball greats, and ballpark-style food for purchase, all while celebrating the rich history of baseball in St. Louis.
The St. Louis at Bat exhibit is sponsored by Bank of America, Edward Jones, St. Louis Cardinals and Cardinals Care, Larry and Hannah Langsam, Rawlings, AARP, and Midas Hospitality.
