2026 Annual National Tom Sawyer Days in Historic Hannibal Missouri. Dates: June 27th and July 1st-5th (varying hours each day). This multi-day festival over the Fourth of July holiday occurs at different locations in downtown Hannibal and features family-friendly activities! Those activities include: a carnival (July 1st-5th), Arts & Crafts Festival, Tom Sawyer Fence Painting contests, Beautiful Baby & Little Mr. and Miss Hannibal Pageant (June 27th), 4th of July Parade (at 10am) and fireworks (at 9:30pm), Cornhole Tournament, Horseshoe Tournament, Live Music Concerts, Mud Volleyball, and So.
