National Park Service Fee-Free Day at the St. Louis Gateway Arch. On "Fee-Free Days" the St. Louis Gateway Arch will waive the $3 entrance fee included in each adult "Tram Ride to the Top" ticket and the adult "Documentary Movie" ticket.
