Mother’s Day Brunch

This Mother's Day, The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza invites you to celebrate your mother with an elevated brunch buffet experience at its acclaimed on-site restaurant, The Preston.

The menu will open with a thoughtfully curated appetizer buffet featuring a chilled seafood display of shrimp, crab claws, and fresh oysters, complemented by a selection of seasonal salads and refined small bites. Highlights include Brioche French Toast with blueberries and lemon curd, as well as savory Shrimp and Grits with pepperonata and smoked tomato jus, showcasing a balance of classic comfort and refined flavor.

To finish, guests can enjoy a curated selection of desserts prepared by the pastry team, including chocolate-covered strawberries, lemon raspberry tarts, orange-cream cheesecake, and Black Forest cups.

Brunch includes coffee and tea or one mimosa, and Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Mary's are available for an additional $26 per person. A children’s menu is available for $32 per child and includes access to the appetizer buffet, an entrée from the kids menu, the dessert display, and a beverage.
