Mexican Independence Day Dinner

El Molino del Sureste will be hosting a pre-fixe dinner celebrating Mexican Independence Day on Wednesday, September 16th with 2 seatings at 6:00pm and 8:00pm.

Guests will be treated to a 5 course menu -- created by 2026 James Beard Award Semifinalist (for Best Chef: Midwest Region) Chef Alex Henry – featuring original takes on traditional Mexican dishes and wholly original creations rooted in Mexican culinary techniques, ingredients and traditions.

The featured dishes will make use of the house-butchered cuts, locally-sourced produce and freshly-milled masa and house-made tortillas that form the foundation of the restaurant’s culinary philosophy.
