Kemper Refresh: Botanical Printing

Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum presents Kemper Refresh: Botanical Printing Saturday, September 26!

Join the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum for a restorative session focused on process, creativity and connections with the natural world. Participants will first explore the exhibition Carolina Caycedo: Growing Deep Roots through guided looking and conversation focused on humanity’s relationship with nature.

Then Dominique Begnaud of Create Play Grow Therapy Services will lead a botanical printing workshop, carrying the exhibition's themes into a hands-on creative experience. Themes of self-care, mindfulness and artful approaches to wellness are woven throughout. This program is designed for visitors of all ages—youth and families are welcome to attend.

Kemper Refresh is an ongoing program focused on wellness, creativity, and community connection offered in collaboration with health and wellness professionals from the WashU and greater St. Louis communities.
