What better way to kick off the fall season than exploring mythical stories of vampires. Join perfumer Rubia Homa for a presentation that not only explores what repels vampires, but also how they attract humans. Rubia will take you through a journey exploring vampire stories from Romania and beyond. Join us for a beautiful gothic evening, of scent exploration and storytelling. Guests are encouraged to dress in vampire/goth attire. Trick or Treat: Rubia will be launching her new vampire fragrance for the season, giving attendees first access to preview and purchase. Rubia Homa is a perfumer, artist and educator currently based out of Ontario, Canada. She started her fragrance making career in Los Angeles from 2019 to present, where she also received her scent education from the Institute for Art and Olfaction. Rubia was also a judge for the Art and Olfaction Awards and is an active member of the international fragrance community. While living in Los Angeles, Rubia also became an active member in the Los Angeles Vampire community, taking part in events and giving talks on scent culture. Some of Rubia's most recent work; in 2023 Rubia was commissioned to create a fragrance commemorating Prince's Purple Rain and in 2025, Rubia released her signature line Huro Fragrances. rubiahoma.com
