Departure Day Celebration at the Lewis & Clark Boat House in Historic St. Charles. Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary by commemorating the 222th year celebration of the launching of the Lewis & Clark Expedition from the shore of the Missouri River in Historic St. Charles. The activities of the day include a re-enactors camp, discounted admission to the Museum, fishing for catfish in the Missouri River, Lewis & Clark Fife & Drum Corps performances (11am & 11:45am), whiskey tasting, half marathon, 5k & 10K race (starting at 7am), rides on the Voyageur Canoe (11:30am, 1:30pm & 3pm-$10-$15 donation) and MORE!
