12th Annual Edwardsville Art Fair (September 25 – 27)

The Edwardsville Arts Center presents the 12th Annual Edwardsville Art Fair September 25 - 27!

The Edwardsville Art Fair is a three-day celebration of visual and performing arts that is free and open to the public, inviting visitors of all ages to experience original artwork, meet artists, enjoy live performances, participate in hands-on activities and spend a weekend immersed in creativity.

Activities include:

• Juried Exhibition
  • Visitors can meet the artists, learn about their creative processes and purchase original artwork directly from the people who created it.
• The Children’s Art Gallery
  • For $20, children enter the gallery and select their own piece of original artwork to begin (or add to) their personal art collection.
• Mystery Boxes
  • 200 boxes filled with mystery items like art projects, business coupons, art-related merchandise and other surprises.
• Arts and Crafts
• Face Painting
• SIUE Print Council Demonstration (Saturday)
  • Free interactive printmaking demonstrations from 5–8 p.m. Learn about the printmaking process and engage directly with artists and students.
• Live Music & Dance
  • Including The Matthew Heaton Band, D7 Orchestra & Choir, The O’Faolain Academy of Irish Dance, SIUE Dance Company, SIUE Suzuki Program and Hipnotique Belly Dancers
• Food and drinks
